MAINTENANCE

Periodically check all ICEGRIP rubber components for any signs of weathering. If drying or stiffness is noticed, apply lubricant such as Hi-Tech Fishing Multi-Purpose Blu-Lube or Beaver Dam No-Freeze Grease. Replace any worn or failing components immediately.

WARRANTY

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

SureSet LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) machined components carry a limited lifetime warranty for defects in material and workmanship. Coverage begins on the user’s date of original purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser. Proof of original purchase is required. The warranty does not cover defects arising from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, lack of maintenance, normal wear, failure to install according to the instructions and proper procedures, or theft. Grommets, O-Rings, handle cap and auger bolt protector cap are subject to wear and U-V rays and therefore are limited to a 2-year warranty.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO ICE HOUSE, FISHING GEAR, REELS AND EQUIPMENT, AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

WARRANTY RETURNS

Please visit the Returns page to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Once an email is received with a RGA number, please include a copy of the email in your return. We are not responsible for return freight costs. All freight must be pre-paid, no collect shipments accepted.

NON-WARRANTY RETURNS

Only items purchased direct from us can be returned for non-warranty credit. For all other returns, please contact your place of original purchase. Grommets, O-Rings, handlecap and auger bolt protector cap are subject to wear and U-V rays therefore are limited to a 2-year warranty.
